The Tassino family is delighted to open the doors of their countryhouse: |

The old countryhouse "LEPRICCHIO" is located
between
the two ancient villages of Castiglione del Lago
and Paciano, bordered by three lakes Trasimeno,
Chiusi and Montepulciano. Recently restored to maintain all the charming characteristics
of past history, the farm consists
of five hectares of gently rolling countryside, one
dedicated to horse pasture. In the nearby village of Paciano another three hectares of farmland
destined
to breeding farm animals, olive groves
and honey production complete the estate. |
The farm is run exclusively by our family who lives on the property all the year round and cultivate 400 secular olive trees, a young orchard, 3 hectares of crops and 5000 sq. metres of mixed vegetables. Typical farmyard animals are bred "free range" including chickens, ducks, geese and bees in forty beehives. All the farm produce is biological and is used as the basic ingredients in the restaurant. Our guests are welcomed to share our simple and authentic "country lifestyle" timed by the seasons. |

.From the countryhouse it is possible reach the most famous tourist interest points of both the regions in short time, alternating a relaxing holiday with siteseeing historical cities and locations. Infact it's position is strategic in Umbria and only 10 kilometres from Tuscany. The farm, within 5 hectares fenced, it isn't in an isolated place but it is easily accessible from the main road a hundred metres away. |
